It may be necessary for you to get undressed whilst receiving physiotherapy. Please wear appropriate underwear or bring shorts so that the relevant body part/area requiring assessment is accessible and visible.

It may be necessary for your Physiotherapist to communicate with your Doctor during you episode of care. Specific informed consent will be gained in this instance.
